Copper plated ground rods adopt high-quality Q235 low-carbon steel,  by cold drawn procedure to enhance its tensile strength, the outer surface of which is plated with 99.9% pure copper. Copper thickness of 10mil, 13mil, 5mil, 1mil, 2mil can be selected by customers. The copper layer is solid with strong anticorrosive feature and high electrical conductivity performance. Copper layer does not crack, not peel or split when bent to straight angle. The quality is in line with the UL standard, and has been accredited with UL certificate. Some conventional products are also listed in the following table for your reference .products can also be customized according to customers' requirement about diameter, copper thickness, and length.

      GRD copper bonded ground rods meet all the requirements of the world’s most rigorous standard such as UL-467,ANSI C-33-8,CE B-S10030250 .Carbon steel core coated with an electrolytic copper layer,which is minimum 99.9% pure with no trace of zinc.The copper layer is bonded to steel core through an electrolytic process ,which is the most advanced 4-dimensional continuous plating method,which ensures a perfect and even bonding between the copper and steel. The rod finishing is brilliant,free of imperfections or peelings.
